If you are over the age of 16 and wish to be referred for an ADHD and Autism assessment then please contact the surgery to make a routine GP appointment. Your GP will assess your concerns and health before making a referral. The GP can refer you on the NHS local pathway or you can be referred via the Right to Choose (RTC) Pathway. Please follow the links below for further information on the current referral pathways.
For children under the age of 16 requiring an ADHD/ASD assessment a GP appointment is not required if not using the Right to choose (RTC) referral pathway.
